Bob Jones
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

A 1965 West Point graduate, Bob was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force. He had flown 80+ combat missions over North Vietnam in the F-4 Phantom when his aircraft was shot down on January 18, 1968. After 62 months as a POW, Bob finally came home on March 14, 1973, a truly great day!

Bob joined American Airlines in 1976 and flew several types of aircraft over a 27 year career retiring in 2003 as a wide-body 777 International Captain flying to Europe and South America. He earned a law degree from the University of San Diego in 1988.

During his military career Bob was promoted to Major three years early and was awarded two Silver Stars, two Bronze Stars, two Purple Hearts, the Legion of Merit, seven Air Medals, and the POW medal. A disabled veteran, he will bring his knowledge and association with veterans and their needs. Additionally, his organizational and management skills will assist Veterans Sourcing Group in helping to expand employment opportunities for our Veterans – our Heroes.

Reg Dryzga
Director

Marine Captain Reg Dryzga joined the Marines in 1959 after graduating high school. Reg was meritoriously promoted to Private First Class upon graduation from Parris Island and to Lance Corporal after graduating from Radio Engineer School. He was appointed to West Point in 1961, graduated in 1965 and commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the US Marine Corp. Reg Dryzga is a combat decorated Marine Viet Nam veteran having served as a Captain in 1968 and 1969. He resigned his commission after the POWs came home in 1973. Reg went on to earn an MBA from the Wharton School.

From 2003 to 2007, Reg served 42 months as a civilian volunteer in Iraq, embedded with various Marine units in Anbar province. Much of the time Reg lived “outside the wire” with the second largest tribe in Iraq. Reg and the tribe performed reconstruction projects throughout Anbar Province. Reg will be instrumental in guiding the recruitment and training effort necessary to get our veterans ready to join VSG.

Tom Abraham
Director

Tom Abraham is a West Point grad, class of 1965. As a cadet, he played NCAA football, and was a top wrestler for The Army team. He is a combat decorated Vietnam veteran, an Airborne-Ranger, having served in Vietnam with the 173d Airborne Brigade. Tom completed his 4.5 years of active duty military service and resigned with the rank of Captain.

Tom is a disabled Veteran, and recently formed a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Additionally, years ago he formed his own homebuilding company, Thomas Abraham Homes, LTD., (DBA Abraham Homes), and has built numerous homes in his native Pittsburgh area. Tom is very active and acclaimed for his civic contributions and his ongoing close ties to West Point and the Veteran community.

Tom maintains a significant involvement with Veterans’ Affairs and the Veterans Community at-large. Tom works closely with our recruiters assisting in developing sources of Veterans to fill VSG job openings.

John J. Cassese
Chief Operating Officer

John Cassese is an industry pioneer with over 40 years in the IT Services, Solutions and Consulting business. Formerly, John was co-founder and CEO of Computer Horizons Corp. (CHC), which was the 12th largest publicly traded IT Professional Services firm, before he retired in 2003. During his tenure, John developed and brought new products and offerings to market and opened CHC businesses around the world.

John is a Founding Member Partner of the C&L Group and is pioneering the Domestic Outsourcing solution known as Rural Sourcing. Nestled in Reading, Pennsylvania, the C&L Group is providing high quality, well managed and lowered cost IT solutions that enable its clients to avoid sending large numbers of jobs offshore while still being able to lower significantly the total cost ownership for their IT projects.

Daniel Liebman
President

Dan has spent 28 years in IT Professional Services providing sourcing, services and creative solutions to a variety Fortune 200 Companies, major banks and insurance firms. Dan’s vision lead him to co-found the C&L Group where he helped pioneer the Rural Sourcing concept that is providing a lower cost solutions to IT departments of large and mid-sized firms without the sacrifice of quality and the loss of jobs to overseas locations.

Prior to starting the C&L Group with his long-time friend and business associate, John Cassese, he spent 22 years developing the staff augmentation practice at Computer Horizons Corp, a top 15 IT Services and Solutions firm, as its leading Sales Manager. Dan has won many awards and has been the subject of several magazine and trade journal articles.
